Keep Indoors Only:
Preserved moss is for indoor use only. Exposure to direct sunlight, rain, or extreme temperatures can damage it.

Maintain Humidity (Optional):
It thrives in 30–60% relative humidity (typical indoor levels). Too dry? Consider using a humidifier in arid environments to maintain texture.

Dust Occasionally:
Lightly dust with a soft brush, microfiber cloth, or a low-suction vacuum (with brush attachment) every few months.

Touch Sparingly:
Touching it frequently can compress or damage the moss over time. Use signage if it's in a public area.

Dont's

Don’t Water It:
It’s preserved – watering will damage it and possibly lead to mold.

Avoid Direct Sunlight or Harsh Lighting:
UV rays can fade the color over time. Use indirect lighting.

Don’t Place Near HVAC Vents or Heaters:
These dry out the moss and cause it to become brittle or discoloured.

No Harsh Cleaners or Sprays:
Cleaning products and air fresheners can discolour or degrade the moss.

Longevity & Care Guarantee

With proper care, our preserved moss walls can last 10+ years. We offer a 2-year craftsmanship guarantee, which covers any damage not related to improper care as outlined in our care guidelines.

Over time, minor touch-ups may be needed. These can easily be done using replacement moss and a glue gun. If you require a care kit for touch-ups, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Please note: Preserved ferns and amaranths may naturally degrade faster and will likely need to be replaced every few years.

Depending if we have all the colours in stock + based on the size of your project, it will take 1-10 business days to build, package and ship out of our location. We will be in contact with you via email on the timeline and confirm once it's shipped out!

A rendering will be created using images from our past work, combined with the photos of your space. Based on the information on style, colours and elements we will then build you a custom piece.
